Bird activity and add color to your garden, and what better way to enjoy them, giving them aviaries where they can nest and raise their young. This adds a unique dimension to your outdoor life as you can see the adults bring food and anxiously await the day when the little ones can fly on their own.
But hang a birdhouse in your garden has more value than just to entertain you. In modern times man has invaded the natural habitat of many birds that nest and some of these birds have nowhere to build nests. In fact, some species have declined significantly since the 1950s due to the enthusiasm of the man to build schools commercial and apartment buildings in the area where forests once stood.
The birds most affected by this cavity nesting birds – birds that build their nests in holes or cavities. These are birds that can assist in hanging a birdhouse in the garden and include Downey woodpecker, Unemployment, the normal Titmouse, House Wren, and Red Breasted Nuthatch.
Depending on what type of bird you want to drive you wish to hang your birdhouse at different heights. Believe or not, the birds very particular about this. To attract the Titmouse, Red Breasted Nuthatch or carpenter Downey then you want to be sure that the aviary is the time between 5 and 15 meters high. The Wren House, however, does not like their nest to be so high and want to keep it between 5 and 10 feet. Unemployment, goes a little lower and you can hang your 4 to 15 feet. In general, if the aviary is blocked between 5 and 10 feet high has the opportunity to attract some of these birds.

When baby birds are there you see the mother with food flying quite frequently. Do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning your bird cage, simply brush it out and maybe use water to clean down. Make sure it is dry and stored for winter. Then in February the following year can be hung up for years to prepare for the season nesting!
